Responsibilities: * Assist in the development /improvement of ADM sales department goals. * Assist Sales Advisors in the Prepare presentations and setting up meetings for OSA. * Coordinate with Inside Sales for quotation making. * Responsible for timely collection for ADM. * Assist In providing customer service with regard to customer complaints and inquiries. * Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock-ups, e-mail campaigns, online promotions, etc. * Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials * Assist with the execution of trade shows if any * Assist in performing analysis of marketing and sales data * Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline * Enter contact information into ERP * Provide support to social media efforts if any. * Maintain tracking report of public relations activity * Assist in researching potential consultants through various sourcing channels for freelancers as may be assigned. * Perform other tasks as required To qualify, you must: * 1-3 years experience in outside sales * Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Superior interpersonal skills * Customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Shift: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * What is your highest sales target?
