Your inspections will be focused on roofing, windows, gutters, siding and doors. Your detailed reports will help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure. A company truck will be provided for travel during work hours, and customers will be acquired by way of post-inspection appointment setting to connect the customer with an estimator. Responsibilities: * Service homeowners in targeted areas by using a company vehicle to go door-to-door , offering free exterior home inspections. Once the inspection has been completed, and you have thoroughly informed the customer of the issues you have found, you will then schedule an appointment for said customer to meet with an estimator. * Examine roofing, windows, gutters, and doors for signs of damage, wear, leakage or potential failure. * Educate homeowners on inspection findings, emphasizing the importance of high-quality materials, workmanship, insurable work, and value of our warranties. * Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. * Stay current with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in residential construction and remodeling. * Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines during inspections. Pay Structure: Hourly Paid Weekly + Weekly Commission + Weekly Bonus Base Salary: * $20 per hr paid weekly Commission (Paid Weekly): * $45 for every inspection flipped to a demoed sales appointment (Demoed = Sales Rep gets a chance to pitch our services and products to the customer. Purchase isn't necessary for appointment to be deemed commissionable).
