The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements. * Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner * Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications * Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office * Excellent customer service Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organization skills * Roofing knowledge is a must * EDGE knowledge is a plus * Bluebeam or take-off software * Provide options for roofing systems to customers * Perform roof inspections as required. * Attend business development events Compensation * Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location * $65,000 - $90,000 DOE * Commissions * Bonuses Benefits * Employer sponsored healthcare options including medical, vision & dental * Supplemental insurance options * 401(k) savings plan * Career advancement training * Company apparel * Paid time off
