We just launched in January and already have hundreds of agents, and growing rapidly. We are a team that branched off a major insurance company that wanted more flexibility, better pay, and a great work environment and is off to a fantastic start. We just came back from a 33,000 Sq Ft home in Utah where we hosted a 3-day work retreat for 78 Agents, that's how we roll with our team! If we set up an interview, we'll talk more about our business retreats! How We Differ First and foremost, you don't have to come in and spend 50% of your time trying to build a team. That is completely up to you. Also, we have a lot of former athletes on our team which really drive our work ethic and overall culture. We are also caring and have a 100% supportive atmosphere. We lift people up and have the mentality that iron sharpens iron. Our office in Gilbert has a fantastic atmosphere and probably the main reason we've been able to grow so effectively. We see and support each other daily. Our secondary office in Tempe will ideally be opened by EOY! What We Sell We are contracted with a dozen insurance companies and can offer a range of products such as term, mortgage protection, final expense, and annuities. You decide what you want to sell, and we are not captive. All sales are virtual over the phone. Compensation Agents can earn up to 145%, which is among the best you'll see in the industry. On average, we are making $1,000 per sale and are getting paid just a few days later. What We Need We are not just looking for a warm body like a lot of insurance companies! You need to be super motivated and be able to dive in and work hard. You're going to be learning a lot, watching people right next to you selling. Requirements Must be a high-performer selling life insurance. A health license is also required, but if you don't have that now, that is OK.
