Full description of the position
Location: Remote Knightscope is on a mission to make the United States of America the safest country in the world. Our award-winning Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs), Emergency Communication Devices (ECDs), and the Knightscope Security Operations Center (KSOC) platform are disrupting the $500B+ security industry. We deliver Machine-as-a-Service (MaaS) -- combining physical robotics, cutting-edge software, and real-time threat detection -- to protect people and property at scale. We're looking for a quota-crushing, self-motivated Account Executive to drive new business across key verticals including public safety, healthcare, logistics, higher education, commercial real estate, and critical infrastructure. You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, running full-cycle sales processes, and helping decision-makers solve real- world security problems with bleeding-edge technology. You should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment, and have a refuse to lose and solution- focused attitude. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the full sales cycle -- from cold prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, and close * Target mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple industries * Strategically prospect using email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and events * Conduct live demos of the KSOC (cloud-based platform) and on-site/virtual ASR & ECD presentations * Build relationships with multiple stakeholders: Security, Facilities, IT, and Procurement * Overcome complex objections and execute high-stakes negotiations * Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Marketing to drive account-based campaigns * Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Hubspot CRM * Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and expansion planning alongside Client Experience team * QUALIFICATIONS * 3 -5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role -- ideally in SaaS, Robotics, or disruptive technology * Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas of $500K+ in ACV * Skilled at outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline * Experience selling multi-year contracts or subscription-based services * Strong business acumen and ability to map Knightscope's value to client pain points * Excellent communicator (written and verbal), with strong presentation and negotiation skills * CRM discipline -- experience with Hubspot or Salesforce a must * Bachelor's degree required * COMPENSATION * Stock Options, Commission Plan + $85K to $95K base depending upon experience. $140K to $150K estimated on target earnings (OTE) in the first year.
