We are adding new talent to our growing team! We are looking for agents who are motivated and driven to succeed. We do have lead systems in place. No cold calls or knocks! Bonuses and contests throughout the year! We have a great opportunity where you can learn this business. We are here to guide you on how to be a successful agent! We have a track to help you get your life insurance license if needed. The pay schedule is a draw- minimum wage or commissions, whichever is greater. We also have an independent track for agents ready to move forward on their own. We are here to help teach you how to be successful at this. We have a lot of fun but we are also successful which requires focus and discipline. This position requires you to be in the office full time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
