*Latin America Business Unit Leader - Agribusiness | Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, English) *Location: Latin America (preferably Brazil or Mexico) or Hybrid | Full-Time Huma, Inc. is a global leader in humic fertilizer manufacturing and retail. We're on a mission to improve soil health and agricultural outcomes across the Americas. As we expand our international footprint, we're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Latin America Business Unit with full commercial and operational ownership. About the Role As the Latin America Business Unit Leader , you'll drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market penetration across key LATAM countries. With full P&L ownership, you'll lead a high-impact team, manage regional sales and distribution, and ensure operational excellence. This is a strategic and tactical leadership role, ideal for someone deeply connected to the ag ecosystem in Latin America. What You 'll Do Regional Strategy & Market Execution * Define and execute a winning LATAM go-to-market strategy, localized for each country. * Focus on key markets: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia--deploying talent and capital accordingly. * Tailor our product offering to match crop, soil, and grower demands. Sales & Commercial Leadership * Lead regional sales performance: direct selling, distributor partnerships, and rep networks. * Hire, train, and motivate a multilingual sales team. * Set pricing strategies and manage promotional efforts. P &L & Financial Stewardship * Own full regional P&L including budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting. * Ensure local regulatory compliance and financial discipline. * Improve profitability by country, segment, and channel. Channel Development & Customer Success * Expand and manage distribution and retail partners. * Cultivate top grower and government relationships. * Serve as the face of the company to strategic accounts. Operational & Cross-Functional Execution * Align with supply chain, marketing, and R&D for demand planning and campaign execution. * Ensure timely product delivery and labeling compliance. * Voice LATAM customer needs to global product development. Key Metrics * Revenue and margin growth by region * Market share and sales team productivity * Partner expansion and retention * EBITDA performance * Regulatory and inventory compliance What You'll Bring * 10+ years in agribusiness or crop inputs across Latin America * Proven success managing regional P&Ls and leading multilingual sales teams * Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English * * Deep understanding of LATAM agriculture, distribution, and regulation * Bachelor's in Agronomy, Business, or similar; MBA preferred * Strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills Who You Are * Strategic thinker, hands-on executor * Culturally agile and well-networked in Latin America * Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial mindset * Clear communicator with boardroom presence and field credibility Join a purpose-driven company shaping the future of sustainable agriculture in Latin America.
