What You'll Do As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling our expansion. You'll identify and engage with prospects, present tailored vending solutions, and help bring new partners into our community. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage leads via phone, email, social selling, video conferencing, and other channels. * Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized vending solutions aligned with prospect goals. * Relationship Building: Become a trusted advisor to prospects--building strong, lasting relationships throughout the sales process. * Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections, negotiate win-win terms, and confidently close deals. * CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and manage your sales pipeline effectively. * Performance Focus: Hit and exceed individual and team sales quotas, contributing directly to our company's mission and growth. * Stay Informed: Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to stay ahead. Qualifications: * Experience: 0-5 years in sales, business development, customer success, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply! * Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication with a natural ability to connect and build trust. * Hunter Mentality: You're self-motivated, proactive, and excited by the chase. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus), video calls, and modern sales tools. * Organized & Disciplined: Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a healthy pipeline. * Results-Oriented: You're driven by goals, motivated by numbers, and passionate about hitting and exceeding targets. * Positive Attitude: Energetic, resilient, and optimistic with a strong work ethic.
