KESTREL VISION group of companies Tiama Americas | Maumee, OH SALES COORDINATOR Full-Time | On-Site | M-F We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Tiama Americas sales team. This role ensures the efficient processing of sales activities, coordination of shipments, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for everything from spare parts to full machines * Monitor and follow up on orders, invoices, and payments--including warranty claims and credit notes * Organize domestic and international shipments, working closely with freight forwarders * Keep our CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Dynamics AX) up to date * Respond to customer inquiries and help maintain strong client relationships * Support our sales team with reports, presentations, trade shows, and materials * Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales execution * Analyze sales trends and support forecasting Qualifications and Competencies: * 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an international setting * Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a big plus!) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Solid experience with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP software (especially Salesforce and MS Dynamics AX) * Passion for great customer service and high attention to detail * An Associate's Degree in International Business or a related field is preferred We're an equal opportunity employer.
