Our team is dedicated to providing transformative experiences for our patients through personalized aesthetic treatments and surgery. Position Overview We are seeking a plastic surgery sales consultant to lead all aspects of surgical and non-surgical sales in our practice. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, confident, and personable sales professional with a strong background in aesthetic or medical sales. This role involves guiding prospective patients through the consultation process, educating them on procedures, and converting leads into booked treatments and surgeries. Responsibilities * Manage all sales consultations for surgical and non-surgical procedures. * Educate patients on available procedures, expected results, and pricing. * Build strong relationships with patients to instill trust and confidence in the practice. * Follow up with leads and nurture patient inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions. * Work closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences. * Track and analyze sales performance, maintaining a high conversion rate from consultation to booking. * Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and patient retention. * Assist with marketing efforts, including VIP events and promotional initiatives. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical devices, or high-end luxury sales. * Strong ability to educate and persuade patients in a consultative sales setting. * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Professional and polished appearance, with a high level of confidence. * Experience using CRM, EMR, or sales tracking systems preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Strong closing skills with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
