Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Engage in selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. * Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting. * Assist in supervising junior staff when necessary, fostering a positive team environment. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual skills are a plus. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous. * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Experience in product demos or upselling techniques is beneficial. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
