We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Sales people. The ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion and a talent for using social media to drive sales and build brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Management: * Oversee the daily operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and staffing. * Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales, utilizing social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products. * Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Mentor and train sales associates on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. * Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and marketed effectively. Full Time and Part Time positions: * Assist Store Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Key holder in the day to day operations of the business. * Help to achieve Sale Quotas * Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and marketed effectively. Requirements: Management: * 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in fashion retail preferred. (Assistant Manager/ Key Holder) * Proven success in using social media to drive sales and build brand awareness. * Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and meet performance targets. * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion and trend-setting. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
