Job Overview We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing & siding sales, account management, and business development, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team while managing outside sales efforts. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. * Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. * Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking, focusing on technology sales. * Conduct ride-alongs and sales audits to ensure consistent customer experience * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs. * Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress against targets. * Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Requirements * 3+ years of roofing sales management or team leadership experience * Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets * Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Familiarity with CRM systems (AccuLynx experience a plus) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
