SALES REPRESENTATIVE We are a bath remodeling company which is a veteran owned, local/family-owned company with over 75 years of experience in the bath industry which started right here in the heart of Northern Alabama. We strive to deliver high-quality bathrooms with a great customer experience. We specialize in replacement showers, bathtubs and custom wall systems. Our company services North and Central Alabama and are expanding into_ Mobile. _ This position is an in-home sales representative, prior experience in in- home sales is strongly preferred. We set you up for success with pre-set appointments, an uncapped commission pay structure with paid training and a supportive sales team. Report directly to the Sales Manager. Retirement option with company match. * PTO offered after completing your first year of employment What we need from you: * The ability to connect with anyone in any environment so you can successfully lead a customer through an in-home presentation, and closing the sale on site * A competitive nature and desire to succeed * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Previous sales experience * The ability to run 3 set appointment times each day Monday through Thursday and rotating weekends * Attend weekly team meetings * Attend training as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
