Full description of the position

JOB Larimer Countys IT Department is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the people side of change and ensure successful IT project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about change management and eager to make an impact in a collaborative, service-driven organization.In this role, youll drive change strategies, guide employees through transitions, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth adoption of IT initiatives. Youll create training and communication plans, measure progress, and adjust strategies for success. Your efforts will help teams embrace change, reduce resistance, and set the stage for long-term success.This hybrid position is based in Fort Collins and requires 2 - 3 days in-office each week.
