Edwards Managed Technology Computer Consulting is a dynamic and growing computer consulting and technology firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions and expert guidance to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive new business acquisition within the Small Business and Non-Profit market in the Lexington area and surrounding regions. This is a 100% commission-based position with no employee benefits offered at this time. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities, highly independent, and focused on maximizing their earning potential through direct effort and successful deal closure. Responsibilities: * Aggressively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other proactive sales activities within the assigned territory. * Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our consulting and technology services. * Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to individual client requirements. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, including IT support, onsite and remote support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, web development, and social media management. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. * Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. * Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions. * Stay informed about industry trends1 and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the technology or consulting industry (or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. * Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to acquire new business. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * Understanding of basic computer and networking concepts is beneficial. Compensation: * 100% Commission-Based: Your earnings are directly and entirely tied to your sales performance. * Uncapped Earning Potential: There is no limit to how much you can earn. Your dedication and sales success will directly determine your income.
