Job Description seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a hard-working, self-motivated team player with excellent writing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Working within our existing brand, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the coordination and production of proposals and marketing collateral, including writing, editing/proofreading, and layout. Responsibilities * Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including engaging internal and external team members to obtain information to develop proposal content. * Layout of digital and printed packages, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions. * Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading. * Maintenance of marketing collateral, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital images/photography. Required Skills * Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize, self-schedule, and be detail and deadline oriented. * Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience, Education And Certification * BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related combination of education and experience.
