About us Luisa Graff Jewelers is a local Colorado Springs family and veteran owned jewelry store. We pride ourselves on selling with merit and education making sure that our guests know exactly what they are getting. We believe in honesty and integrity at all times and are looking to hire someone full-time to add to our award winning team. Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to our guests - Assist guests in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces - Educate guests on the features and benefits of various jewelry products - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals - Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge Experience: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury retail, willing to train the right person. - Strong knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Skills: - Sales skills, ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to guests - Knowledge of fine jewelry materials, gemstones, and craftsman-ship - Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budget - Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology tools - Positive mental attitude and willingness to learn is the most important trait of our candidates.
