Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Our Sales team play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded expectations. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, services, and any issues that may arise. * Identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with departments throughout the company to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Drive business development efforts by identifying potential clients and developing strategies to engage them. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they align with client needs. Experience * Strong background in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
