Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented Office Sales Assistant / Operations Support team member to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be a flexible multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to take initiative wherever needed. Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Duties: * Perform accurate data entry and monitor records regularly * Maintain and update internal systems and documents * Manage incoming and outgoing mail; deliver mail to post office * Maintain and update the office calendar with key meetings, deadlines, and events * Answer and direct office phone calls in a professional manner * Customer Service: * Greet and assist clients and visitors as needed * Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries * Support client communication and scheduling * Operational Support: * Assist in the planning and coordination of network events * Source and prepare food and drinks for office meetings or daily needs * Oversee general office upkeep, including supply management and organization * Support team members across departments as needed * Jump in to assist with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth operation of the office * Job & Project Support: * Research job opportunities and assist in generating estimates * Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects * Animal Care: * Attend to and care for the yard dog, ensuring its well-being throughout the day Qualifications: * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Basic proficiency with office software and systems * A proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed * Comfortable with animals and basic pet care * Valid driver's license (for mail and errands, if applicable) Working Conditions: * Office-based with occasional local errands and travel for estimates * Friendly, team-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
