This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area. Job responsibilities: * Please note this position within the USA based on customers' needs * ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts * Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP's as well as the support teams for any customer escalations * Responsible for the revenue output * Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST) Qualifications: * Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends * At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role * Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for this position is $90,000 plus commission.
