Overview We are seeking a Western Region Account Executive based in Phoenix, Arizona to drive new customer acquisitions and revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site responsibilities and will involve managing both Denver, CO, and Phoenix, AZ simultaneously. You will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, managing pipelines, and delivering product demonstrations. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound sales calls (cold calls/emails) and lead generation to drive new customer acquisition. * Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools. * Develop strong relationships with current and potential customers. * Achieve and exceed sales quotas by identifying opportunities in qualified markets. * Conduct product demonstrations via phone, video conference (Zoom), and email. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support for clients. Requirements: * 3+ years of B2B sales experience (telesales/virtual preferred). * Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles. * Experience in lead generation, cold calling, negotiating, and closing deals. * Proficient with CRM management and sales pipeline tracking. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience selling into relevant industries. * Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data-driven decision-making. * Comfort with remote work and/or hybrid office environments. * Experience in Google environment (Drive, Maps, Sheets, Docs).
