About Alliance Fleet Alliance Fleet is a national upfitter of after-market van and truck equipment. We design and install products and solutions to meet customer specific vehicle upfit requirements. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of products and/or services within a retail environment, often engaging directly with customers who visit the store. This position will focus on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Other key job functions include lead generation, CRM management, and meeting targeted sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Greets customers coming into the facility, listens/understands needs, and provides personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. * Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer questions and showcase features. * Processes sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling any customer concerns. * Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails. * Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system. * Meets and exceeds sales targets by up-selling and cross-selling products. * Builds and maintains working relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions and encourage repeat business. * Demonstrates products and/or services, negotiates terms, and closes sales to meet or exceed targets. * Collaborates with team members and channel partners to share insights, develop strategies and achieve sales goals. * Remains up to date on industry trends, market condition and competitors' activities. Skills and Experience * Minimum of three years' experience in sales, customer service, or related field. * Previous experience in the automotive industry a plus. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. * Persuasive and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively. * Organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups and sales pipelines. * Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address customer needs. Education High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to operate a computer or other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Compensation Salary plus commission. Salary paid weekly. Commission paid at the end of the following month in which the commission was earned. Schedule Monday through Friday Location In-Person.
