Duties * Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with our sales team. * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and set up meetings. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage client information and track appointment schedules. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and support business development initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with leads and confirm appointments. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations. Skills * Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. * Experience in technology sales or business development is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Strong telemarketing skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. * Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling.
