What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact for customers--both in person and over the phone. * Educate clients on our premium window tint, paint protection, vinyl wraps, and detailing services. * Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions --upsell where possible! * Manage appointments, follow up on leads, and close sales to maximize shop revenue. * Provide an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
