We offer charter and tour services to the most sought-after locations in the Hawaiian islands, including breathtaking Haleakala and Road to Hana tours on Maui. * BASIC PURPOSE The Sales and Reservations Specialist supports both the Call Center and Sales and Marketing team by handling reservations, customer inquiries, and sales initiatives. This position requires at least two years of customer service experience, with sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in communication and computer applications. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES Call Center Responsibilities: * Handle customer reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. * Process reconfirmations, refunds, and special requests. * Upsell products and services when appropriate. * Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently and escalates complex issues when necessary. * Work with all departments including Operations and Dispatch to ensure smooth service execution. * Complete daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: * Assist in executing FIT sales strategies. * Monitor industry trends and coordinate with vendors and partners. * Distribute pricing, marketing materials, and promotional content. * Manage the company's image library and digital assets. * Support sales campaigns, promotions, and special events. * Respond to customer inquiries via social media. * Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and databases. * EDUCATION * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE * At least two (2) years of customer service experience required.
