Full description of the position
General Purpose: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AdhereHealth plays a vital role in generating new sales opportunities. This position is responsible for contacting, qualifying, and scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for AdhereHealth's range of products and services. An ideal SDR is a strong communicator with excellent people skills, a solid work ethic, and comfort in addressing questions and objections over the phone. The primary goal of the SDR is to set up high-quality sales meetings, supporting our sales and account management teams in winning new business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead Engagement: Promptly respond to incoming leads using conversation guides and qualifying questions. * Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities using AdhereHealth-provided lists and contact resources through a combination of cold/warm calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. * Needs Assessment: Ask insightful questions to understand prospect requirements and purchasing considerations. * Product & Company Knowledge: Provide initial information on AdhereHealth's offerings and answer basic inquiries. * Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the appropriate sales team member or executive. Once a meeting is confirmed, provide handoff documentation to sales leader. * Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain prospect information in HubSpot, ensuring high data hygiene. Cross reference HubSpot data to other industry data when necessary to ensure accuracy. * Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Reach minimum number of required outreach attempts per week. * Feedback & Collaboration: Offer feedback on process improvements and software usage; work closely with sales and leadership on market strategies and target accounts. * Quota Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed sales quotas, actively supporting future sales efforts. * Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and other relevant information. * Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing team on inbound lead generation processes and optimize content for sales engagement. Leadership Duties (If Applicable) NA Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years' equivalent experience in Sales or Business-related subject * Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, or strong educational background in sales or related subject matters Minimum Physical Requirement: The SDR will perform his or her work in a general office environment using standard office equipment. The following demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: * Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds * Bend, twist or stoop on a repetitive and continuous basis * Stand and remain on feet for extended periods of time * Operate various business instruments, including computers, printers/scanners/fax machines, requiring manual dexterity * Sit and concentrate for long periods of time to compute, examine, and interpret data * Read paperwork and computer monitors, requiring visual acuity[SB1] [HH2] Skills: * Sales Enablement & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot and a readiness to learn embedded sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesIntel. * Product Knowledge Acquisition: Ability to quickly learn about AdhereHealth's products and services and confidently explain them to prospects. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences. * High Contact Volume: Comfort with a high-volume outreach environment, including willingness to make frequent calls to prospective customers. * Resilience: Ability to stay calm, positive, and persistent, even when handling objections or rejection from prospects. * Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, for managing tasks and reporting.Familiarity with Hubspot and willingness to learn embedded sales enablement solutions such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesIntel etc.AdhereHealth, LLC
