Role Overview: * Build relationships with policyholders * Handle policy changes, billing, claims guidance * Conduct coverage reviews and recommend solutions * Cross-sell additional products as appropriate * Support agency growth through excellent service This is a service-first role with cross-selling opportunities, rewarding strong client interactions without aggressive quotas. Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty License (Required at time of application) * 1+ year insurance service or CSR experience preferred * Understanding of policyholder needs in an agent-led environment * Strong communication and organizational skills * Life & Health License a plus but not required Please note: Only currently licensed Property & Casualty candidates will be considered.
