As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling to new and existing customers, developing relationships, explaining Allstate products & services, advising clients on coverages, meeting set production goals and being part of a winning team. Salary: $30000.00 - $120000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Bonuses Stipeneds * Responsibilities As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling to new and existing customers, developing relationships, explaining Allstate products & services, advising clients on coverages, meeting set production goals and being part of a winning team. Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Maintain knowledge of new products. Answer the phone and assist walk in customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs. Assist with ideas for Marketing and Social Media Management for the Agency Requirements Have or are willing to obtain valid Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses for CO and WY Have 2+ years experience selling P&C Insurance or a proven track record in sales Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies. Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time. Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage. Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection. Can answer prospective clients questions efficiently and effectively. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up.
