As a Replenishment Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Duties - Efficiently replenish stock on shelves and displays to meet customer demand - Utilize retail math skills to accurately track inventory levels and assist with restocking - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and manage products - Handle produce items with care to maintain freshness and quality standards - Collaborate with the team to ensure timely replenishment of goods - Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient replenishment processes Skills To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the following skills: - Experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred - Proficiency in retail math for inventory management and restocking purposes - Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently - Knowledge of produce handling techniques to preserve quality - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication in diverse settings - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient workflows - Understanding of inventory control principles to ensure accurate stock levels If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring product availability, we encourage you to apply.
