Job Description: Are you ready to ignite your career as a Sales Representative with Grand Rising Exteriors? With the recent storms, we are looking to bring on 6 representatives to help keep up with demand! As our Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, engaging with potential customers in residential areas to spread the word about our unbeatable roofing services. *Responsibilities: - Educate customers about Grand Rising Exteriors' products and services. - Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions and estimates. - Assist customers with any insurance claims and explain the scope of work. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques. - Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods. - Build a pipeline of customers through networking, and quality customer service. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with customers as necessary. *Requirements: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. - Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus but not required. - Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must be able to climb ladders. *In Person Training, Experience Not Necessary, Start Making Money Tomorrow Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Profit sharing * Signing bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lexington, KY 40509
