Commercial HVAC Sales Representative Louisville/Lexington Territory The KCC Heating and Cooling Louisville/Lexington office is searching for a qualified outside sales professional to cover the Louisville/Lexington markets. Comprehensive Benefits: * 9 Paid Holidays * Health, Dental, Vision insurance, and other Ancillary coverages * 401K * Monthly Accrued Vacation * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Compensation: * $50,000+ Salary (negtionable based on experience) along with a commission base incentive with uncapped potential * Car allowance * Cell Phone plan Essential Functions or Responsibilities: * Generating new leads by making cold calls, calling on active accounts, and maintaining an awareness of new business openings in the area. * Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential customers. * Genarate proposals and make executive level presentations. * Hit sales goals on a consist basis by acquiring new customers and growing current customers. * Make customer site visits to perform equipment surveys. * Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects at one time. Requirements: * Interested parties must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings. * You must be self-motivated with a strong desire to work with customers at all levels. * A leadership character along with the desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sale cycle is essential. * Having experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC industry preferred by not required. * Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills / with use of Outlook, Excel and word.
