We're looking for Agricultural Account Executives who know their way around a truck and can connect with customers from all walks of life, from farmers and ranchers to young families and business owners. What You 'll Do * Sell a wide range of vehicles, truck beds, trailers, and accessories tailored to agricultural and rural customers. * Drive sales growth of truck beds, trailers, and accessories tailored to ag customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, business owners, dealers, and fleet managers across your territory. * Use your agricultural background to speak the language of farmers, ranchers, and equipment pros. * Represent the Heartland brand at ag expos, county fairs, dealership events, and community gatherings. * Manage leads, close deals, and hit your sales targets in a competitive, supportive environment. * Partner with our finance, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from start to finish. Who You Are * You're a recent or upcoming graduate in Ag Business, Agriculture, Ag Econ, Animal Science, Business, or a related field - or someone with solid sales or customer service chops. * Raised in or familiar with ag life - you "speak the language" of farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. * A natural people person who builds trust quickly and thrives on connection. * Goal-driven, self-motivated, and ready to earn what you're worth. * Passionate about vehicles, equipment, and helping customers find exactly what fits their needs.
