Position Summary: Key Responsibilities: * Merchandise Management: * Setting up and maintaining apparel and merchandise displays. * Ensuring proper inventory levels and restocking as needed. * Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Upholding company standards for merchandising presentation. * Customer Service: * Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner. * Answering questions about products and promotions. * Resolving customer issues or concerns. * Sales and Engagement: * Generating sales and developing relationships with guests. * Promoting special offers and new merchandise. * Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for fans. * Event Operations: * Assisting with event setup and breakdown. * Working with other game day staff to ensure a smooth event flow. * Following instructions and protocols provided by management. * Other Duties: * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. * Performing other duties as assigned.
