Carlisle Medical, Inc., is a growth based, locally held company, providing services in the healthcare industry. Summary: As a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact between clients (insurance companies and third- party administrators), injured workers and Carlisle Medical for all Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review all documentation associated with referrals for correctness and completeness. Obtain necessary information and documentation to implement referrals. Processes orders for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax e-mail or personally from customer or company employee. Informs injured worker of services available to them to satisfy their needs. Locate source of identified DME. Writes or type order forms and enters data into computer system. Records or files copies of documentation received. Receives, investigates and resolves customer complaints. Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management. Answers questions from customers or individuals on issues or directs them to the person that is able to assist. Maintains client and claimant information in various databases. Other duties as required. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years proven sales experience or 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
