Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. * Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations. * Manage property listings and marketing strategies to enhance visibility. * Maintain organized records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions.
