About Us: Future Legends Complex is a 118-acre multi-sport facility dedicated to developing future sports legends. Our state-of-the-art facility is home to the Northern Colorado Owlz (Pioneer Baseball League, MLB partner league), Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC (USL League 1 soccer), and Northern Colorado Rain FC (USL-W league women's soccer). We are committed to providing top-tier experiences for both athletes and fans, creating a dynamic environment that fosters growth and community engagement. Position Summary: We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our dynamic ticketing department. If you have a passion for sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating memorable live event experiences, we want to hear from you! This role places you at the forefront of cultivating client relationships and elevating the overall enjoyment of our patrons. Key Responsibilities: * Sell, promote, and market tickets for all Future Legends teams, including season tickets, mini plans, flex packs, group tickets, and single-game tickets. * Acquire new customers through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with past and new customers to encourage ticket renewals. * Collaborate with local schools to organize fundraising efforts, enabling students to sell tickets to raise funds for their teams, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between Future Legends Complex and educational institutions. * Provide excellent customer service for current and future customers with ticket-related issues and inquiries. * Meet and exceed sales goals. * Promote a positive sales culture within the office. * Network, prospect, and create new sales opportunities wherever possible. * Use creativity to develop new ways to promote attendance. * Effectively and efficiently navigate current ticketing software. * Serve as a liaison and point of contact for customers on game days. * Enthusiastically take on other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of sales or relevant experience. * Customer service experience. * Experience in processing, prospecting, and sales within the professional sports industry (preferred). * Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends (required). Skills/Competencies: * Exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. * Competitiveness and drive to achieve and exceed goals. * Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
