Commercial Landscaping Sales Manager - Outside Sales Focus We are a well-established commercial landscape and snow management company located in Metro Detroit. Seeking a Commercial Landscaping Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will take an active, hands-on approach to generating new business through outside sales activities. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth through direct, face-to-face interactions with potential clients, cultivating relationships, and closing deals. You will be encouraged to network, build long-term partnerships, and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and meeting potential clients in person to secure contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Lead the development and execution of outside sales strategies to increase market penetration, expand our client base, and boost revenue. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns and materials to drive business growth. * Utilize and implement systems to track sales performance. * Work directly with the owner and leadership team to set sales goals and develop action plans to meet and exceed targets. What We're Looking For: * Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the landscape, snow management, or service industries. * Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to create and nurture relationships. * A outgoing professional who is looking to be out on the road knocking on doors to expand our market share. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve high sales targets - With correlating commissions to reflect your success. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * A strategic thinker with the ability to implement and execute growth plans effectively. * Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
