Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team- oriented company! The Gig NCS is seeking a Senior Delivery Specialist. In this role you will work with automatic and tunnel car wash owners to make their facilities operate at peak efficiency by ensuring the prompt delivery of chemicals and products. What You 'll Do * Ensure prompt delivery of all chemicals and products to customers on delivery route * Warehouse responsibilities including order, fulfillment, loading and unloading, shipping, receiving, and overseeing inventory * Responsible for activities related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory of raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipment * Package and label items correctly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures * Ensure all cargo is loaded safely and in a manner that prevent damage in transit * Inspect product for defects or damage. Report damage or missing inventory to management team * Verify inventory counts and physical inventory as needed * Use daily replenishment report to restock bins and maintain stocking plans, following general inventory management principals * Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed * Complete forklift inspections, monitor maintenance requirements, communicate issues in a timely manner to your supervisor * Other general warehouse duties as assigned * Make chemical transitions with the customer, providing all technical assistance required * Comply with and ensure all team members comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies * Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time What You Need * High School diploma or equivalent * CDL Class B Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement required or willing to obtain in 60 days * Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years * Experience with hand carts, pallet jacks and forklifts preferred * Strong communication skills * Ability to interact well with customers, vendors and fellow employees * Basic proficiency in Excel * Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs. * May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations * Ability to work in all weather conditions * May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Pay Range $24.50-$30.62 Grow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
