The perfect candidate will have a reliable vehicle, thrive in fast-paced environments, and be at ease engaging with others. This position demands strong self-drive and initiative. Additionally, familiarity with MAC computers and confidence in handling phone communications are essential. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Work with sellers to sell their homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications * You possess a natural drive and competitive edge as a sales professional. * Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding effective solutions. * Excelling in prospecting and generating leads is your forte. * Handling objections with ease is second nature to you. * You are an effective communicator with a dedication to providing exceptional service. * Collaborative team member * Licensed in real estate * Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales * Exceptional written and oral communication abilities * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to mastering scripts and dialogues * Outstanding time management capabilities * Enthusiastic about negotiations and structuring deals About-our-team Your Casa Team Your Casa Team is a leading real estate technology and business services platform designed to empower agents in the top 20% of their market.
