Get more details below. * Worksite Location: Red Wing, MN (100% remote) * Compensation: $25.00 per hour * Contract length: 3 months What you 'll do as a Sales Development Representative: * Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification * Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries * Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities * Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity * Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business * Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio What you 'll bring to the Sales Development Representative role: * Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Salesforce experience required * Ability to get results through influence and collaboration * Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process * Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals * Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Take the first step on your new career path!
