Daniel George is looking for a unique individual to become the Sales Manager/Designer of our new San Francisco showroom. Daniel George has become a leading authority on custom menswear in the United States. Headquartered in Chicago , Daniel George has built a loyal client base through exceptional craftsmanship, service, and personalized style. We are seeking a seasoned and driven custom menswear professional to lead sales, manage operations, and deliver an unmatched client experience. Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $110,000 annually * Competitive bonus structure based on sales and team performance * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401K plan * Extensive training program * All leads provided Key Responsibilities: * Meet with clients to design garments and take precise measurements * Manage day-to-day operations of the new San Francisco showroom * Achieve and exceed personal sales goals * Provide expert style guidance and build long-term client relationships * Collaborate with in-house tailors on alterations and client preferences * Train and mentor additional sales associates as the team expands * Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling What We 're Looking For: * 4+ years experience in custom menswear * Strong leadership and people management skills * Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and styling * Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership * Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities * A genuine passion for menswear This is a great opportunity to grow with a brand that values craftsmanship, culture, and career advancement.
