Senior Business Development Representative Strategic Sales Development Manager Position Overview The Strategic Sales Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing strategic relationships with enterprise accounts. This position is focused on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and setting appointments to discuss tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business development and technical sales skills, ensuring a deep understanding of our products and services while effectively communicating their value to potential clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential enterprise accounts. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations. * Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions for clients. * Manage the appointment-setting process to facilitate sales meetings and presentations. * Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed. * Prepare reports on sales activities, prospects, and client feedback to inform decision-making. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical environment. * Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise accounts. * Strong understanding of technical sales processes and appointment setting techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
