Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in driving results. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. * Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our products and services. * Utilize our software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop strategies for outreach. * Achieve required metric goals Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy sales or outside sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer interactions. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Technical sales experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
