This position offers $20 - $23 per hour , plus bonus opportunities. Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour * Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Evenings Off Weekends Off Continuous Support and Comprehensive Training Friendly and Collaborative Work Environment * Responsibilities* * Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products. * Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions within our CRM system. * Provide information and answer questions about our insurance offers. * Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations with our sales agents. * Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets to drive agency growth.a Requirements * Personal Lines Insurance License preferred. * Completion of Personal Lines Insurance Test within 30 days of hire.We reimburse study materials and the cost of the Personal Lines Insurance exam upon passing, providing support to help you succeed. * Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude. * Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * High school diploma or equivalent. Company Description * Experienced We're looking for hardworking, dedicated and experienced property and casualty insurance salespeople to work our real time, internet generated in our GEICO Lees Summit office. We work year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us. You will have the opportunity to work with a successful agent-mentor to increase your sales. All sales are completed over the phone and applications are taken electronically. All leads are provided free and managed through our software that aids in lead management and connects our agents to them throughout the day. We operate with a small competitive sales team and are driven to sell auto, home, boat insurance and additional lines of business exclusively through GEICO.
