COMPENSATION - 100% Commission with Projected Income of $75,000 - $250,000 a year within 3 years. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE - Traits and Attributes * Possesses a California Real Estate Salesperson License or ability to obtain a real estate license. * Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze materials and documents. * Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated entrepreneurial "go-getter" with endless inner drive and a desire to "win". * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Experience in commercial real estate or related field, and sales experience preferred, but not required.
