Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet and exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Skills: - Compliance management: Knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to sales operations. - Corporate accounting: Understanding of financial processes within a corporate setting. - Financial report writing: Ability to create accurate and comprehensive financial reports. - Accrual accounting: Familiarity with the accrual method of accounting. - Account reconciliation: Experience in reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. - Financial analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights. - Financial concepts: Understanding of key financial concepts such as revenue, expenses, profit, etc. - Financial accounting: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). - IAS (International Accounting Standards): Familiarity with international accounting standards. - Investment management: Understanding of investment strategies and portfolio management.
