We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Roseville, MN! Our Inside Sales Representativeis the gateway for our new customers. They are highly organized, excellent communicator and thrive in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Representative include but are not limited to: * Develop new prospects using various methods for research on potential customers; * Make cold calls to people who may not know about all of Berger's many divisions/products; * Create sales emails as follow up to potential customers; * Follow up on provided leads for sales opportunities; * Collaborate with appropriate business segment and sales representative; * Maintain follow up system for potential sales opportunities * Maintain confidential information; The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities: * High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); * Excellent organizational and follow up skills a must * Great time management skills (can complete tasks on schedule); * Knowledge of scanning and in-putting paperwork into proprietary computer software; * Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook knowledge; * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team; Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
