Job Description: Are you a dynamic, goal-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are looking to expand our sales team with a few high-performing sales professionals motivated to drive revenue through new business development and expert account management. Sales candidates will be expected to proactively contact existing business, prospect for new business, make customer visits, attend trade shows, and rapidly resolve customer challenges. Successful candidates will be experienced Sales Account Managers who are not only energetic and self-motivated but also possesses the skills to excel in a fast- paced sales environment. Solar Connections International is a leader in the development and manufacturing of mounting solutions for solar panel installations worldwide. Our product lines provide attachment options for a rail or rail-free installation on various roof systems globally, including standing seam, corrugated metal, ribbed metal panels, and asphalt shingles. Universal Composite Panel System (UCPS) Designed by industry professionals with over 50 years of commercial sheet metal and roofing experience, the Universal Composite Panel System (UCPS) 1000 Series raises the bar in ACM panel attachment. The UCPS 1000 Series incorporates several unique design features not yet seen in the industry including a hybrid design, tubular construction, and a concealed drainage system. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve Sales Goals & Quotas: Drive revenue growth by meeting and surpassing established sales targets and quotas. * Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our internal database systems to enhance customer experience. * Lead Qualification and Follow-Up: Identify and qualify sales leads, providing prompt follow-up and nurturing to move prospects through the sales funnel. * Client Support: Assist clients with their needs, providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction. * Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed * Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers. * Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests. * Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs. Qualifications: * Proven Sales Experience: A track record of successful sales performance is required. * Time Management: Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems to meet customer needs effectively. * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm in office The position offers a competitive base salary with commission and unlimited growth potential!
