Job Description $16 hourly + productivity bonus As a BDC Service Representative, you're one of the most important team members at Downey Nissan. The Service Coordinator handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms service reservations, performs outbound follow-up calls for due, or overdue service clients. We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us. Responsibilities: * Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with our service team. * Follow all training materials including inbound service call scripts (word tracks) in order to accurately answer all guest's questions. * Keep current with service campaigns * The ability to work flexible hours, to possibly include Saturdays. Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm / Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm * Being punctual to work and returning on time from lunch and breaks * Assistant rental department with rental reservations and contracts Requirements: * Full-time availability.
